The Riverdale Fire Department is a proud member of MABAS 24. The Riverdale Fire Department also has personnel that are specifically trained in Hazardous Materials response, Technical Rescue and Fire Investigation.
The Riverdale Fire Department staffs a minimum of 3 Firefighters/ EMT twenty-four hours a day. The Department operates from 1 fire stations. Equipment includes 2 fire engines, 1 Squad, 3 Staff cars, and 1 Service Vehicle.
Personnel include: 2 Chief Officers, 1 Day time Lieutenant, 3 Lieutenants, 12 Firefighters, 1 Administrative Assistant and 4 Civilian Inspectors.
