It is the mission of the Riverdale Fire Department to preserve life and property through fire suppression, emergency medical response, fire prevention and public education to promote public safety and community support. The Riverdale Fire Department embraces public service and will be recognized as a leader who responds effectively with well-trained and compassionate professionals.
