The Riverdale Fire Department responds to over 3100 calls for service each year, with approximately 800 calls being fire related. Department personnel train constantly to mitigate structure fires, vehicle fires and many other fire emergencies. Utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and modern fire apparatus, the fire department works diligently in its efforts to reduce fire-related injury and property loss.
